Rules and Regulations:
- 1. The member and are working voluntarily and no payment is given to them membership amount is not refundable after receiving membership and not transferable membership.

- 3. HRPSMS member will be entirely responsible for the misuse of their identity card.
- 4. Identity card must be submit to the head office after the expiry of the validity period after expiry renewal is must for regular membership.
- 5. In case of change of address, member will inform to the head office.
- 6. In case of loss of the identity card, inform to the Head office in writing along with the FIR immediately.
- 7. All HRPSMS members will contact at Area Unit / Head office once in month.
- 8. Applicant can use photocopy of the application form and receive the receipt form head office.
- 9. Strict action will taken against the culprit who is found against the rule and regulation of HRPSMS or Press under the press and Societies Act. No. Any postage Claim.
